Case Study

Texas Flooring Project: The Lakeside Tower

Lakeside Tower is a new, luxury high-rise condominium on the shore of Lake Grapevine, Texas. The facility, constructed in 2017, offers a number of resort-style amenities and stunning views of the lake from every unit. Amenities available include 24-hour concierge service, valet parking, extra storage space, a large putting green, and much more.

The Demands of the Project: Matching Design With Performance

As the primary flooring provider for the $200+million-dollar project, our team was brought in toward the latter part of 2017 to provide coverage in condo units, amenity spaces, and the outdoor pool deck area — nearly 200,000-square-feet in total. Products consisted of ceramic, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone tile, LVT, carpet, woven resilient flooring, and wood flooring.

Project demands included numerous custom design changes and assistance/consulting on the part of the account manager, jobsite delays, and the use of custom high-end, non-typical finishes for each of the 50 different units.
