About the Project: Matching Design With Performance
As the primary flooring provider of the nearly $307-thousand-dollar project, Spectra was brought on board in June of 2019 to provide all flooring for classrooms, administration offices, library, gymnasium, and staff bathrooms — over 36,000 square feet in total. Products consisted of Shaw Diffuse 24″ x 24″ Carpet Tile, Shaw Path 24″ x 24″ Entry Carpet Tile, Shaw Inspire 12″ x 24″ LVT, Shaw BassTones Sheet Vinyl, Forbo Flotex, and Roppe Base/Transitions.
Project Demands and Solutions
Project demands included a strict installation schedule that needed to be completed by August of 2019 — just in time for students to arrive. To combat this issue, we had installation crews of 5-7 workers present at all times throughout the day — ensuring that the deadline would be secured!
