Company Practices

In addition to our endeavors to assist customers in reclamation efforts and building green spaces, we at Spectra try to implement a Green culture within our own locations to reduce our environmental footprint. Our goal is to find creative ways within our daily operations to reuse/reduce waste, conserve energy and promote a better working environment for our employees. Some of the things we are currently doing to support this initiative include activities such as:

• Recycling blueprints, cardboard, pallets, paper, plastic bottles & aluminum cans
• Avoiding and reusing paper products where possible
• Utilizing reusable containers and cups in lieu of disposables
• Turning computers and lights off in areas not in use
• Programming A/C thermostats with set timers
• Utilizing plants throughout our offices to improve air quality
• Installing energy-efficient lighting
